阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及血脂的影响分析

摘要：

目的 观察阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果及其对患者神经功能、血脂的影响。方法 将98例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。给予对照组患者常规治疗联合阿司匹林治疗，给予观察组患者常规治疗、阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果，治疗前后血脂、神经功能改善情况及随访不良反应、复发情况。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为95.9%，显著高于对照组的总有效率67.3%（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组，HDL-C水平显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后NIHSS评分、随访并发症总发生率、复发率比较，观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性缺血性脑卒中，临床效果显著，患者神经功能及血脂改善明显，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on the blood lipid and neurologic function in patients

with acute ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on the blood lipid and neuro logic function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and aspirin, and patients in the observation group were treated with conventional treatment, aspirin and atorvastatin. The treatment effect, blood lipid, neural function before and after treatment, and adverse reaction, recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 95.9%, which was significantly higher than 67.3% of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, and HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The NIHSS score, total rate of complications, recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with atorvastatin has remarkable clinical effect in patients with acute ischemic stroke, which can effectively improve the nerve function and blood lipid, so it is worthy of clinical application.
