奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察急性胰腺炎患者采用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗的临床效果。方法 将64例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。两组均给予常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用乌 司他丁治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果，治疗前后血、尿淀粉酶改善情况，住院时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及腹胀、腹痛缓 解时间等。结果 治疗7d后，观察组患者的总有效率达96.9%，显著高于对照组的78.1%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及腹胀、腹痛缓解时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶水平明显低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎，临床效果显著，值得推广应用。

Curative effect analysis of octreotide combined ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of octreotide combined ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, the control group added octreotide therapy, while the observation group added octreotide and ulinastatin. The treatment effect, blood and urine amylase before and after treatment, length of hospital stay, blood amylase returned to normal time and abdominal distension, abdominal pain relief time were observed. Results After 7 days treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9% , which was significantly higher than 78.1% of the control group (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay, blood amylase returned to normal time and abdominal distension, abdominal pain relief time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the blood amylase, urine amylase levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of octreotide combined ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
