硫酸镁治疗妊高征临床效果观察

摘要：
目的 观察并分析硫酸镁治疗妊高症的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的40例妊高症患者作为研究对象，40例患者均采用硫酸镁治疗，记录并观察患者治疗前、后的平均动脉压、肌酐、尿素氮及尿酸水平。结果 治疗后，轻、中和重度高血压患者的平均动脉压均较治疗前有所下降，患者的肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸水平也均较治疗前有所降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对妊高征患者采用硫酸镁进行治疗，可以有效降低患者平均动脉压，且肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸指标也均有所下降，可见该药具有一定的疗效。

Clinical observation of magnesium sulfate in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and analyze the effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Forty patients with pregnancy induced hypertension from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects, who were treated with magnesium sulfate. The mean arterial pressure, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid levels were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the mean arterial pressure in mild, moderate and severe hypertension patients declined compared with those before treatment, as well as the levels of creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid of patients, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce the mean arterial pressure, and the levels of creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid indicators are also decreased, which shows that the drug has a certain effect.
