保乳术结合TE方案治疗乳腺癌的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者应用保乳术与多西他赛+吡柔比星（TE）新辅助化疗结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的150例乳腺癌患者依据入院先后分为对照组（n=75）和观察组（n=75），对照组患者采用乳腺癌根除术+TC化疗方案治疗，观察组患者应用乳腺癌保乳术+TE化疗方案治疗，术后4 周均放疗。观察两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生率、乳房美观效果及复发情况。结果 观察组患者术中出血量、并发症发生率、住院时间、美容效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的手术时间、术后复发及远处转移率比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 保乳术结合TE化疗方案在治疗乳腺癌上有明显优势，可有效改善术中、术后相关指标，使患者尽早康复。

Effect observation of breast-conserving surgery combined with TE regimen in the treatment of breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving surgery (BCS) combined with docetaxel and pirarubicin (TE) neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods One hundred and fifty breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to admission sequence, with 75 cases in each group. The control group adopted modified radical mastectomy combined with TC neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and the observation group adopted BCS combined with TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The operation indexes, complication incidence rate, postoperative beauty of breast and survival rate after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The bleeding volume during operation, complications incidence rate, hospitalization time and cosmetic results of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on operation time, recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate of the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion BCS combined with TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy has obvious advantages in the treatment of breast cancer, it can effectively improved the related indicators during intraoperative and postoperative, which can help the patients to get faster rehabilitation.
