摘要：

目的 研究品管圈护理模式对PICC置管肿瘤患者并发症发生率的影响。方法 选取我院肿瘤科收治的并行PICC置管的肿瘤患者106例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各53例。观察组患者采取品管圈护理模式，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组患者置管后的1个月内的并发症发生率以及1个月后的患者满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率（13.2%）明显低于 对照组（37.7%），差异显著（x^2=8.398，P<0.05）；观察组患者总体满意度评分为（119.3±15.1）分高于对照组的（102.5±14.6）分，差异显著（t=5.8230，P<0.05）。结论 品管圈护理管理模式可以有效降低PICC置管患者的并发症发生率，提高患者的满意度， 是提升PICC置管护理质量可行的方式。

Study on the effect of QCC nursing model on complication rate in PICC patients with tumor

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of quality control circle (QCC) nursing model on complication rate of PICC patients with tumor. Methods One hundred and six cases of patients with PICC catheterization in oncology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The observation group was given QCC nursing management method, while the control group was given routine nursing method. The incidence of complications in 1 month and patients  satisfaction after 1 month were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications of the observation group was 13.2%, which was significantly lower than 37.7% of the control group ( x^2=8.398，P<0.05). The total score of patients satisfaction of the observation group was (119.3±15.1), which was significantly higher than (102.5±14.6) of the control group (t=5.8230, P<0.05). Conclusion QCC nursing model is conducive to reduce the incidence of complications in patients with PICC and can improve the patients` satisfaction, which is a feasible nursing management way to improve the nursing quality.
