陕西省内中医医院临床护士人文关怀能力影响因素研究

摘要：

目的 了解陕西省内中医医院临床护士人文关怀能力现状，探讨其影响因素，为进一步提升临床护士人文关怀能力提 供参考。方法 采用方便抽样的方法，抽取陕西省内4 所三级甲等中医医院530名临床护士为调查对象，运用人文关怀能力量表测评护士的人文关怀能力。结果 本组研究对象的人文关怀能力量表平均分为（3.02±0.34）分，提示中医医院的临床护士 人文关怀能力呈中等水平。户籍所在地、聘用方式、职称、从事护理工作时间及月收入对护理人员人文关怀能力得分有影响（P<0.01），而与是否为责任护士不影响（P>0.05）。结论 护理管理者应根据不同护士的特点，重点关注合同制、低年资护士，制订切实可行的策略，改变护士传统护理观念，提高护士的人文关怀能力，全面提升护理质量。

Study of the influence factors of humanistic caring ability of nurses in Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the current status of humanistic care quality of nurses in Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital and explore its influence factors, so as to provide a reference for improving humanistic care quality of nurses. Methods A total of 530 clinical nurses of four Chinese medicine hospitals in Shaanxi province were selected, the humanistic care ability scale was used to evaluate the humanistic care quality of nurses. Results The average score of humanistic care quality of nurses in the study was (3.02±0.34), which indicated that Chinese medicine hospitals were in a mediate level of humanistic care quality. There were significant relationship in the humanistic care quality and household registration, job style, job title, engaged in nursing work time and monthly income (P<0.01), and whether to be the charge nurse had little influence in the humanistic care quality (P>0.05). Conclusion Nursing managers should base on the characteristics of different nurses, focus on contract system, low-year nurses, develop practical strategies to change the traditional nurses care concept, so as to improve the nurses of humanistic care and the quality of care.
