外科护理管理在控制医院感染中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨外科护理管理在控制医院感染中的应用效果。方法 选择于我院外科接受治疗的218例患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各109例。给予对照组患者常规护理模式，观察组患者在此基础上实施外科护理管理，比较两组患者的医院感染发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组的医院感染发生率为2.75%，显著优于对照组的11.01%（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为96.33%，显著优于对照组的86.24%（P<0.05）。结论 外科护理管理可显著降低外科疾病患者的医院感染发生率，并可提高护理满意度，不但能促进患者康复，还有利于建立良好的医患关系，具有较高的应用价值。

Application effect of surgical nursing management in controlling hospital infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of surgical nursing management in controlling hospital infection. Methods A total of 218 cases of patients who underwent surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 109 cases in each group. Routine nursing model was given to the control group. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was treated with surgical nursing management. The incidence rate of nosocomial infection and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 2.75%, which was significantly higher than 11.01% in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.33% in the observation group, which was significantly better than 86.24% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The surgical nursing management can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with surgical diseases, and improve the nursing satisfaction, which can not only promote the patients` recovery, but also can establish good doctor-patient relationship. It has a high application value.
