围手术期护理在全膝关节置换术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 观察全膝关节置换术患者给予围手术期护理的临床效果。方法 将86例行全膝关节置换术患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。两组患者均采用全膝关节置换术治疗，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予围手术期护理。比较两组患者膝关节功能改善情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果 治疗3个月后，两组关节疼痛、活动度、肌力、功能、屈膝畸形评分显著提升，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组总并发症发生率为6.98%，显著低于对照组的53.49%（P<0.05）。结论 加强围手术期护理可显著减少术后并发症的发生，提高膝关节功能，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of perioperative nursing in total knee arthroplasty

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing in total knee arthroplasty. Methods Eighty-six patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with total knee replacement, and the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given perioperative nursing. The knee joint function improvement and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results Three months after treatment, the joint pain, activity, muscle strength, function and knees deformity score in the two groups were significantly improved, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). The total complication rate was 6.98% of the observation group, which was significantly lower than 53.49% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative nursing can significantly reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the function of knee joint, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
