三种空气微生物检测方法敏感性比较

摘要:

目的 对比研究三种不同空气微生物检测方法检测医院空气微生物的敏感性。方法 选取医院手术室、门诊科室以及两个病房的空气作为研究对象,分别通过平皿沉降法(Dish组)、AGI采样器法(AGI组)以及JWL-II 型采样仪(JWL组)对研究对象不同时间内的空气微生物进行检测,对比三种空气微生物检测方法的敏感性。结果 手术室、门诊科室以及病房在11∶00 和13∶00 这段时间内空气中细菌较多,每日夜间到清晨这段时间内各研究对象细菌含量较低;四组研究对象中门诊科室空气 细菌含量较高,手术室空气细菌含量较低;AGI组检测空气细菌总数高于Dish组和JWL组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Dish组和JWL组检测出的空气细菌总数比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 相对于平皿沉降法和JWL-II型采样仪,AGI采样器法对医院各科室空气微生物进行检测效果更好。

    Comparison of sensitivity of three different detection methods of airborne microbes

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the sensitivity of three kinds of air microorganism detection methods in the detection of the air microorganism in hospital. Methods The operation room, outpatient department and 2 wards were selected as the study objects. The microorganism in the above places at different times was detected by disk sedimentation method (dish group), AGI sampler method (AGI group) and type JWL-II sampler method (JWL group). The sensitivity of three different detection methods were compared. Results The total number of bacteria in the air at 11 am and 13 pm of all the groups were more than those of other time. From late night to early morning, the total number of bacteria was less than that of other time. The total number of bacteria in the air at outpatient department was more than other places, while at the operation room it was the least. The total number of bacteria in the air at AGI group was higher than that of the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); comparing the total number of bacteria in the air at dish group and JWL group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of AGI sampling method for detecting the total number of bacteria in the air of hospital is better than disk sedimentation method and AGI sampler method.
