经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合剜除术治疗前列腺增生症临床研究

摘要：

目的 评价经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合剜除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法 将我院2013年5月至2015年7月收治的120例前列腺增生症患者分为两组，对照组（n=56）和观察组（n=64）分别采用经尿道前列腺气化电切术和等离子电切术联合剜除术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 术后6个月，观察组与对照组前列腺体积均低于术前，末次随访Qmax高于术前，IPSS评分低于术前，观察组前列腺体积小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组手术时间、术中出血量优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组并发症例次差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合剜除术治疗前列腺增生症疗效较为理想，相较于气化电切术可缩短手术时间。

Clinical study on transurethral plasma kinetic resection combined with enucleation in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the curative effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection combined with enucleation in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2015 were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n=64), and they accepted transurethral vaporization of the prostate electric cut operation and transurethral plasma kinetic resection combined with enucleation respectively, then relevant indicators were compared. Results Six months after operation, in the observation group and the control group, the size of prostate was lower than that before operation, Qmax was higher than that before operation at last follow-up, and IPSS score was lower than that before operation; the size of prostate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.00). The operation time and blood loss of the operation in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication incidence rates in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Transurethral plasma kinetic resection combined with enucleation in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia has a good curative effect, which can shorten the operation time compared with the transurethral vaporization of the prostate electric cut.
