门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的 效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 将在我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组（n=30）皮下注射门冬胰岛素30，观察组（n=30）在对照组基础上加用二甲双胍片治疗。治疗2个疗程后观察比较两组患者血糖、体质量、腰围、BMI及药物不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗后FBG、2 h PBG和HbA1c均明显低于治疗前（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后FBG、2 hPBG和HbA1c均明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组的患者BMI与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的BMI与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍可显著降低2型糖尿病的血糖水平，改善BMI，且无严重不良反应，临床可应用 于2型糖尿病患者的治疗。

The curative effect of inssulin aspart 30 combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of inssulin aspart 30 combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group (n=30) was given the subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30, while the observation group (n=30) added the use of metformin on the basis of control group. The blood glucose, cholesterol, body mass index, waistline and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. Results The FBG, 2 h PBG and HbA1c of two groups after treatment were obviously lower than before (P<0.05). The FBG, 2 h PBG and HbA1c of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The BIM of two groups after treatmet and before treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference between two groups with the BMI (P<0.05). Conclusion Iinssulin aspart 30 combined with metformin can significantly reduce blood glucose and lipid levels in type 2 diabetes, it can improve BMI at the same time and have no serious adverse reactions, it can be used in patients with type 2 diabetes.
