高血压合并冠心病采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果。方法 选取我院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者72例，将其随机均分为对照组与试验组，各36例。对照组患者采用硝苯地平控释片治疗方式，试验组患者采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗方式，比较两组患者的血压、心绞痛改善、硝酸甘油片使用量、不良反应发生率、心电图改善情况 等。结果 与治疗前相比，两组患者的血压水平均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的心绞痛及心电图改善 情况明显优于对照组，硝酸甘油片用量明显少于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者效果良好，安全性高，值得在临床推广应用。

The treatment effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets on hypertension and coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets on patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy -two cases of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected and devided into two groups. The control group (36 cases) were treated with nifedipine controlled released tablets, the experimental group (36 cases) received amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment. Blood pressure, angina pectoris improvement, nitroglycerin tablets usage, adverse reactions occurrence rate, electrocardiogram (ECG) improvement were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the blood pressure level of two groups of patients improved significantly (P<0.05). The improvement of ECG of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, while the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets was significantly less than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablet has a better effect on the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease, which is safe and worth of clinical application.
