心理行为疗法在儿童龋病治疗中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 观察儿童龋病治疗中应用心理行为疗法的效果。方法 随机抽取龋病患儿142例，试验组71例，治疗中应用心理行为疗法，对照组71例，仅给予常规治疗。结果 治疗后，试验组患儿配合程度、家长对治疗满意率高于对照组，患儿畏惧评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理疗法可减轻龋病患儿的畏惧心理，提高患儿的配合程度。

The application effect of psychological behavioral therapy on caries disease in children

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the application effect of psychological behavioral therapy on caries disease in children. Methods One hundred and forty-two cases of children with caries were selceted and devided into two groups, with 71 cases in each group. The children in the experimental group were treated with psychological and behavioral therapy, and the control group was given routine treatment. Results After treatment, the cooperative degree and parents` satisfaction with treatment in the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the fear score of the children in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological therapy can alleviate the fear of children with caries, and improve cooperation degree in children.
