顺铂联合多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效研究

摘要：
目的 研究顺铂联合多西他赛对晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年2月至2015年12月在我院进行诊 治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80 例，随机分为两组，观察组采用顺铂联合多西他赛治疗，对照组采用多西他赛治疗，观察两组的疗效和不良反应。结果 观察组的有效率为47.50%，明显高于对照组的27.50%（P<0.05）；两组不良反应比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论顺铂联合多西他赛对晚期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效，值得应用推广。

Study on clinical effect of cisplatin combined with docetaxel in the treatment of advanced
non-small cell lung cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study on clinical effect of cisplatin combined with docetaxel in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with cisplatin plus docetaxel treatment, while the control group received docetaxel treatment. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of observation group was 47.50%, which was significantly higher than 27.50% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Cisplatin combined with docetaxel for advanced non-small cell lung cancer has good curative effect and deserves application and promotion.
