桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果观察

摘要：

目的 总结分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 选取我院2010 年4 月至2015 年6 月接收 的600 例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组300 例，对照组采用米非司酮治疗，观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组患者子宫肌瘤体积（95.0±10.5）cm3 明显小于对照组（114.5± 11.3）cm（3P<0.05）；观察组患者临床治疗总有效率97.0%，明显优于对照组的80.0%（P<0.05）。结论 采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合 米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤，效果显著，可明显缩小子宫肌瘤体积，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Guizhi Fuling capsule and mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods From April 2010 to June 2015, 600 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 300 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, the observation group received Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone treatment, the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the volume of myoma of uterus of observation group was (95.0±10.5) cm3, which was smaller than (114.5±11.3) cm3 of the control group (P<0.05); the total efficiency of the observation group was 97.0%, which was higher than 80% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule and mifepristone have significant
effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids, which can significantly reduce fibroid volume, and is worthy of clinical application.
