阿司匹林与低抗凝剂量华法林治疗老年非瓣膜病房颤的临床疗效对比

摘要：

目的 探讨阿司匹林与低抗凝剂量华法林对老年非瓣膜病房颤患者的出血、死亡、血栓栓塞发生的影响。方法 将我院 2013年2月至2016年2月收治的老年非瓣膜病房颤患者164例作为研究对象，随机分为A组和 组，各82例。其中A组患者给予阿司匹林进行治疗，B组患者给予调整剂量华法林抗凝治疗，观察两组患者的出血、死亡、血栓栓塞等事件的发生 率。结果 A 组患者血栓栓塞事件发生率明显高于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；A 组患者出血率和死亡率高于B组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 对于老年非瓣膜病房颤患者，应用低抗凝剂量华法林比阿司匹林临床效果好，可有效 减少血栓栓塞事件的发生，安全可靠，建议临床推广使用。

Comparion of clinical effect of aspirin and low dose of warfarin anticoagulant on elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the impact of aspirin and low dose of warfarin anticoagulant on bleeding, mortality and thromboembolic incident of elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods One hundred and sixty-four cases of elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation in our hospital form February 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 82 cases in each group. Group A was treated with aspirin, group B administered dose adjustment of warfarin anticoagulation therapy, the clinical efficacy of bleeding, death, incidence of thromboembolic events of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate of thromboembolic events in group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P<0.05), and the bleeding rate and mortality rate in group A were higher than those of group B, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, low anticoagulant warfarin has better effect than aspirin, it can reduce the incidence of thromboembolic events effectively, decrease the risk of bleeding, it is safe and reliable, which is worthy to promote .
