依那普利叶酸片治疗血管性痴呆伴H 型高血压的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 分析依那普利叶酸片对于血管性痴呆伴H 型高血压的临床疗效。方法 将我院神经内科2014年3月至2015年6月收治的90例血管性痴呆伴H型高血压患者纳为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者予以依那普利片口 服治疗，观察组患者则予以马来酸依那普利叶酸片口服，两组均连续治疗6个月。检测并比较所有患者治疗前后的血清同型 半胱氨酸（Hcy）、血压（BP）及精神状态量表评分（MMSE）。结果 经过治疗，观察组患者的血清Hcy、BP 较治疗前降低，MMSE 评分较治疗前提高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组只有BP 的变化差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，治疗后观察组血清Hcy 水平较低且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），BP降低差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），MMSE评分较高且差异 也有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗血管性痴呆伴H 型高血压疗效确切，可有效降低血清Hcy 水平 和血压，也显著改善了患者的精神状态，值得进一步推广应用。

Analysis on the efficacy of Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets for the treatment of vascular dementia with H-type hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the efficacy of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets in the treatment of vascular dementia (VD) with H-type hypertension. Methods Ninety patients with VD and H-type hypertension in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given enalapril maleate tablets orally, while the observation group was given enalapril maleate-folate tablets orally, all patients were treated for 6 months. Homocysteine (Hcy), blood pressure (BP) and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) of both groups before and after treament were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with before treatment, Hcy and BP of the oberservation group decreased and MMSE elevated after treatment (P<0.05). In control group, only the difference in BP was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with control group, Hcy level was significantly lower than that of observation group after treatment (P<0.05); BP level was not significant different between the two groups (P>0.05); while MMSE level was significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets in the treatment of vascular dementia with H-type hypertension is effective in lowering the level of Hcy and BP, promoting the mental state of patients, which is worth further clinical promotion.
