传统重建钢板与骶髂前路蝶形钢板治疗骶髂关节损伤的效果对比

摘要：
目的 比较分析在骶髂关节损伤治疗中，传统重建钢板与骶髂前路蝶形钢板的治疗效果。方法 选取我院接收的20例骶髂关节损伤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组10例，观察组采用骶髂前路蝶形钢板治疗，对照组采用传统重建钢板治 疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及相关指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；在手术时间、盆骨稳定时间以及功能恢复评分方面，观察组和对照组存在明显差异（P<0.05）。结论 对骶髂关节损伤患者采用骶髂前路蝶形钢板治疗相 对于传统重建钢板治疗方法，治疗效果显著，功能恢复时间缩短，有助于改善患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

Comparison of curative effects of traditional reconstruction plate and sacroiliac anterior cervical butterfly plate in the treatment of sacroiliac joint injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the curative effects of traditional reconstruction plate and sacroiliac anterior cervical butterfly plate in the treatment of sacroiliac joint injury. Methods Twenty cases of sacroiliac joint injury patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 10 cases in each group. The observation group received sacroiliac anterior cervical butterfly plate treatment, while the control group was treated with traditional reconstruction plate treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups as well as relevant indicators were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<
0.05); the operative time, pelvis stable time and functional recovery score of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional methods of treatment, sacroiliac anterior cervical butterfly plate for patients with sacroiliac joint injury has significant effect, it can shorten the functional recovery time and help to improve the quality of life of patients, which should be widely applied.
