不同胆囊切除范围在微创复杂胆囊手术患者中的效果对比

摘要：

目的 探究不同胆囊切除范围在微创复杂胆囊手术患者中的效果。方法 选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的60例复杂胆囊手术患者，按照患者住院的先后顺序，分成观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组通过部分胆囊切除术治疗，对照组通过全部胆囊切除术治疗，比较不同胆囊切除范围的效果。结果 两组术中出血量、术后开始进食时间、引流管拔出时间、住院时间、住院费用比较，观察组更优，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为3.33%，对照组的并发症发生率为26.67%，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 部分胆囊切除术应用于微创复杂胆囊手术中，可控制患者术中的出血量和并发症情况。

Comparision of effect of different cholecystectomy range on patients with complex minimally invasive gallbladder surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of different cholecystectomy range on patients of with complex minimally invasive gallbladder surgery. Methods Sixty cases of patients with complicated gallbladder surgery from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received partial cholecystectomy and the control group received total cholecystectomy, the effect of different range of cholecystectomy was compared. Results The blood loss, postoperative start eating time, the drainage tube pulling out time, hospital stay, hospital costs of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%, while the control group was 26.67%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Partial cholecystectomy applied in minimally invasire complicated gallbladder surgery can control the amount of intraoperative bleeding and complications incidence.
