剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的中医护理效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨中医护理在剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩过程中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的180例剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的产妇随机分为两组，对照组产妇采取常规护理方法，观察组产妇在此基础上实施中医护理。比较两组产 妇临床护理效果。结果 观察组产妇阴道分娩率明显高于对照组，产后平均出血量、术后感染发生率明显优于对照组，护理总满意度明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医护理可提高剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的成 功率，降低产后不良反应发生率，提高产妇护理满意度。

The TCM nursing effect of vaginal delivery with repeated pregnancy after cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in vaginal delivery with repeated pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods One hundred and eighty cases maternal who had vaginal delivery with repeated pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group accepted traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postpartum average blood loss, postoperative infection of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group, the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) Conclusion The TCM nursing can improve the success rate of vaginal delivery after cesarean pregnancy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the nursing satisfaction for the maternal.
