全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择2011年1月至2016年4月我院诊治的80例急腹症患者，根据诊断方法的不同分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组给予选择性腹部超声，观察组 给予全面性腹部超声，记录并比较超声结果，主要为超声检查时间、临床诊断时间与诊断符合率。结果 观察组的超声检查平均时间、临床诊断平均时间分别为（16.42±3.23）min 和（1.87±1.03）h，而对照组分别为（10.40±4.01）min 和（2.78±1.54）h，观察 组超声检查时间长于对照组，临床诊断时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的诊断符合率为95.00%，对照组的诊断符合率为77.50%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全面超声检查在急腹症的诊断中，具有较好的应 用价值，能缩短诊断时间，提高诊断符合率，可应用于急腹症的辅助诊断。

The application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods Eighty cases of acute abdomen patients admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to April 2016 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the different diagnostic methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given selective abdominal ultrasound, while the observation group was given comprehensive abdominal ultrasound, then the ultrasonic results were recorded and compared, mainly for supersonic examination time, clinical diagnosis time and accordance rate of the diagnosis. Results In the observation group, the mean time of ultrasound examination, average diagnosis time were (16.42±3.23) min and (1.87±1.03) h respectively, while they were (10.40±4.01) min and (2.78±1.54) h respectively in the control group, the ultrasound examination time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, the clinical diagnosis time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The accordance rate of diagnosis in the observation group was 95.00%, and in the control group was 77.50%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive ultrasonography has a relatively good value in diagnosis of acute abdomen, it can shorten the time of diagnosis and improve the accordance rate of diagnosis, which could be used in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.
