经阴道四维输卵管声学造影在输卵管通畅性检查中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨经阴道四维输卵管声学造影(TV 4D-HyCoSy)在输卵管通畅性检查中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2013年1月至2015年11月收治的45例不孕症患者为研究对象,行经阴道四维输卵管声学造影和腹腔镜美兰通液术(LC)检查其输 卵管通畅性,采用敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和一致率等指标评价TV 4D-HyCoSy对输卵管通畅性的诊断价值。结果 以LC检查结果为标准,TV 4D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管通畅性的敏感度为92.5%、特异度为86.0%、阳性预测值为 84.1%、阴性预测值为93.5%、一致率为88.9%,两组检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经阴道四维输卵管声学 造影能够实时、动态、清晰、全面地显示输卵管各段通畅情况,且安全无创,在诊断输卵管通畅性方面具有一定的价值。

    Application of transvaginal ultrasound 4D hysterosalpingo-contrastsonography in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound 4D hysterosalpingo-contrastsonography (TV 4D-HyCoSy) in evaluation of fallopian tube patency. Methods Forty five cases of patients with infertility admitted in our hospital from Janu ary 2013 to November 2015 were selected. All the patients were underwent both TV 4D -HyCoSy and laparoscopy chromopertubation (LC). The diagnosis value of TV 4D-HyCoSy in the fallopian tube patency was assessed by sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value and consistency rate. Results By the standard of LC results, the sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value and consistency rate of TV 4D-HyCoSy of diagnosis value of fallopian tube patency were 92.5%, 86.0%, 84.1%, 93.5%, 88.9% respectively. There were no significant differences between TV 4D-HyCoSy and LC results. Conclusion TV 4D-HyCoSy own a certain value in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency by real-time dynamic, clear and comprehensive display of tubal patency for each segment, and safe non-invasive.
