前馈控制应用于眼科护理管理中的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨前馈控制应用于眼科护理管理中的效果，为临床应用提供参考。方法 选取我院2013年1月至2016年1月所收治眼科患者260 例，随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组130例，采用常规护理模式；研究组130 例，加用前馈控制管理。 比较两组患者视力恢复情况及护理不良事件发生情况，同时评估两组护理人员素质及风险意识。结果 入院时，两组患者平均视力无显著差异（P>0.05）；护理后，研究组患者出院时平均视力为（4.45±0.28），显著优于对照组的（3.76±0.71），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组加用前馈控制后，护理不良事件发生率为4.62%，显著低于对照组的16.92%（P<0.01）。护理后， 研究组护理人员素质及风险因素总得分为（91.56±4.22）分，显著高于对照组的（74.12±11.25）分（P<0.01）。结论 前馈控制应用于眼科护理管理工作中，可有效提升护理人员专业技能及风险意识，减少护理不良事件发生，提高护理工作质量，增加护患之间信任，提升治疗依从性，可为提升临床疗效打下良好基础，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect analysis of feedforward control in ophthalmology nursing management

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control applied in the management of ophthalmology care, and provide reference for clinical application. Methods Two hundred and sixty cases of ophthalmic patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group (n=130) received conventional nursing model, while the study group (n=130) accepted feedforward control management on the basis of the control group. The visual acuity and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups, meanwhile, the nursing quality and risk awareness of staff were assessed in the two groups. Results On admission, there was no significant difference in the average visual acuity of the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing, the average visual acuity of the study group was (4.45±0.28), which was significantly higher than (3.76±0.71) of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of nursing adverse events was 4.62%, which was significantly lower than 16.92% of the control group (P<0.01). The total score of nursing quality and risk awareness in the study group was (91.56±4.22), which was significantly higher than (74.12±11.25) in the control group. Conclusion Feedforward control applied in ophthalmology nursing management can effectively improve the nurses` professional skills and awareness of risk, reduce nursing adverse events and improve the quality of nursing. In addition, it can increase the trust between nurses and patients and improve the treatment compliance of patients. It can lay a good basis on clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
