医院整体医疗管理模式探索历程与实施成效分析

摘要：

医院整体医疗管理模式指的是一种以医学整体论和生物-心理-社会医学模式作为指导，并结合研究成果和经验的一种新型医疗管理模式。这种模式经历了十多年的不断探索和实践，满足了现代社会民众的身体健康需求，并拓宽了一些医疗保健的功能，一定程度上提高了医疗的质量和服务质量，使得医生和患者的关系变得更为融洽，取得显著成绩。本文针对这种新型的医院整体医疗管理模式进行分析探讨，阐明其探索的历程，并对这种新的管理模式的实施成效进行分析。

Effectiveness analysis and exploration of hospital medical management mode

ABSTRACT: The whole medical management mode in hospital refers to the guidance of holistic medicine and biology-psychology-social medical model, and can be regarded as the combination of the research results and kinds of experience in a new medical management model. This model has experienced 10 years of exploration and practice, which has not only meet the requirements of modern society, people`s physical health, but widen some health care functions. To some extent, it improves the medical quality and service quality, makes the relationship between doctors and patients become more harmonious, until now it has achieved remarkable results. Based on this new type of hospital medical management mode, this paper probes into analysing the whole medical management to clarify its exploration course, and analysis of the implementation effect under the new management model.
