缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨缬沙坦联合卡维地洛应用在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取我院接收并治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者77例，分为对照组和观察组。对照组38例患者采用缬沙坦治疗，观察组39例患者采用缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者的左心室收缩末内径（LVESD）、左心室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）及6 min步行距离比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及6 min 步行距离均优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P>0.05）。观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 缬沙坦结合卡维地洛应用在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的临床效果显著，可推广使用。

Effect of valsartan combined with carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analy扎e the clinical application of valsartan combined with carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 77 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and received treatment were divided into control group and observation group. Thirty -eight patients in the control group were treated with valsartan, and 39 cases in the observation group were treated with valsartan combined with carvedilol. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results Before treatment, the left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6 min walking distance in the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF, 6 min walking distance in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of valsartan combined with carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure is significant, which can be widely used in clinic.
