白癜风患者应用他克莫司进行治疗的临床疗效及其对皮损处TNF-α的影响

摘要：
目的 分析白癜风患者运用他克莫司进行治疗的效果及其对皮损处TNF-α 的影响。方法 选择我院接收的60例白癜风患者，随机将其分成参照组和研究组，每组30 例。参照组患者采用窄谱中波紫外线进行治疗，研究组患者在此基础加用他克莫司治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及皮损处的TNF-α 水平。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%，明显高于参照组的 70.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者皮损处的TNF-α水平均明显降低，且研究组TNF-α水平明显低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 对白癜风患者采用他克莫司进行治疗效果明显，能够在提升总有效率的同时，可降低皮损处的TNF-α水平，从而改善患者的临床症状，具有推广使用价值。

Clinical efficacy of tacrolimus in patients with vitiligo and its effect on TNF-α in skin lesion

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus in patients with vitiligo and its effect on TNF-α in skin lesion. Methods Sixty patients with vitiligo admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with narrow-band UVB phototherapy, while the patients in the study group were given tacrolimus based on the control group. The treatment efficacy and the levels of TNF-α in skin lesion of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α in two groups were better than those before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α in the study group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tacrolimus in patients with vitiligo has significant effect, it can improve total effective rate and reduce TNF-α expression in skin lesion, so as to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
