椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的治疗价值评估与分析

摘要：

目的 研究椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的治疗价值。方法 选取我院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者 82例，将其分为对照组和观察组，各41例。对照组患者采取传统保守方法治疗，观察组患者采取椎体成形术治疗，比较两组患者影像学恢复优良率、住院时间、下床时间，治疗前、后患者的伤椎高度、脊柱侧弯Cobb 角、椎体疼痛评分、自主活动能力。结果 观察组患者的影像学恢复优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间、下床时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者伤椎高度、脊柱侧弯Cobb角、椎体疼痛评分、自主活动能力评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者伤椎高度、脊柱侧弯Cobb角、椎体疼痛评分、自主活动能力评分均显著改善，且观察组患者明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的治疗价值较高，可有效缓解患者痛苦，恢复伤椎高度和脊柱侧弯Cobb角，改善患者活动能力，缩短下床和住院时间，值得推广。

Value evaluation and analysis of percutaneous vertebral angioplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the therapeutic value of percutaneous vertebral angioplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional conservative method, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous vertebral angioplasty. The rates of image recovery, length of stay, bed time, height of the injured vertebra, scoliosis Cobb angle, vertebral pain score and the autonomic activity between the two groups were compared. Results The rates of image recovery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The length of stay and bed time of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the height of the injured vertebra, scoliosis Cobb angle, vertebral pain score and the autonomic activity between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After treatment, the height of the injured vertebra, scoliosis Cobb angle, vertebral pain score and the autonomic activity score of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The value of percutaneous vertebral angioplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is high. It can effectively relieve pain, restore the vertebral height and Cobb angle of scoliosis, improve the patients ability, shorten bed time and hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion.
