经皮腔内血管成形术联合血管内支架植入术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨经皮腔内血管成形术联合血管内支架植入术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（ASO）的效果。方法 选取我院收治的ASO患者94例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各47例。对照组单用经皮腔内血管成形术治疗，观察组联合血管内支架植入术治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、ABI 及并发症。结果 观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组ABI 略高于对照组，而并发症发生率略低于对照组，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 经皮腔内血管成形术联合血管内支架植入术 治疗ASO可显著提高治疗效果，有助于降低并发症发生率，促进动脉搏动恢复，值得临床应用。

Efficacy observation of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty combined with endovascular stent implantation in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of perc utaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) combined with endovascular stent implantation in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods Ninety-four ASO patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was purely treated with PTA, while the observation group was treated with PTA combined with endovascular stent implantation. The clinical effect, ABI and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The ABI of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was slightly lower than that of the control group, but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion PTA combined with endovascular stent implantation in the treatment of ASO can significantly increase curative effect, decrease the incidence of complications and promote recovery of arterial pulse, which is worthy of clinical application.
