手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤的临床效果。方法 选取我院骨科收治的胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤患者94例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。观察组患者给予骨膜移位手术治疗，对照组给予短肌腱移位手术治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、骨愈合时间及总有效率。结果 观察组患者手术时间和骨骼愈合时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组临床总有效率为87.23%，显著高于对照组的70.21%（P<0.05）。结论 骨膜移位手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝 关节损伤具有手术时间短、骨愈合时间短、治疗有效率高等优点，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of surgical treatment in patients with ankle joint injury complicated

with inferior tibiofibular joint separation

ABSTRACT：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment in patients with ankle joint injury complicated with inferior tibiofibular joint separation. Methods A total of 94 ankle joint injury complicated with inferior tibiofibular joint separation patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The observation group received periosteal flap transposition, and the control group accepted brevis tendon transposition. The operation time, bone healing time and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and bone healing time of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.23%, which was significantly higher than 70.21% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Periosteal flap transposition in the treatment of ankle joint injury complicated with inferior tibiofibular joint separation has the advantages of short operation time, short bone healing time and high total effective rate, which is worth to be applied and popularized in clinic.
