CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙牙体缺损的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析CAD/CAM 氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2013年3月至2016年6月口腔科收治的前牙牙体缺损患者88例，共120颗患牙，将患者随机分为对照组44 例（患牙53 颗）和研究组44 例（患牙67 颗），对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠进行修复，研究组采用CAD/CAM 氧化锆全瓷冠进行修复，比较两组患者的临床修复效果。结果 研究组患者修复满意度为97.73%，显著高于对照组的70.45%（P<0.05）；研究组患者牙龈色泽变化总发生率为0.00%，显著低于对 照组的22.64%（P<0.05）；研究组患者的牙龈炎症总发生率为16.42%，显著低于对照组的47.12%（P<0.05）；治疗后研究组的边缘密合度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 CAD/CAM 氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果较好，是一种理想的修复材料。

Clinical effect of CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic crown on anterior tooth restoration

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of CAD/CAM zirconia all -ceramic crown on anterior tooth restoration. Methods Eighty-eight cases with 120 anterior teeth of anterior tooth restoration in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group with 44 cases (67 anterior teeth) and research group with 44 cases (53 anterior teeth). Nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain crown was used in the control group, while CAD/ CAM zirconia crown was used in the research group, the clinical repair effects of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate was 97.73% in the research group, which was significantly higher than 70.45% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of gingival color change was 0.00% in the research group, which was significantly lower than 22.64% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of gingival inflammation in the research group was 16.42%, which was significantly lower than 47.12% in the control group (P<0.05). The marginal adaptation of the research group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of CAD/CAM zirconia crown is good, which is a kind of ideal repair materials.
