玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效分析

摘要:

目的 探讨玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的效果。方法 选取我院2012年3月至2015年11月收治的100例牙体缺损患者,将2014年6月之前收治的50例(63牙)患者作为对照组,采用铸造金属桩修复,将2014年6月之后收治的50例(63牙)患者作为研究组,采用玻璃纤维桩修复,观察两组患者的临床疗效、修复前后牙周情况、龈沟液中炎症因子含量及随访结果。结果 研究组修复成功率为95.24%,高于对照组的84.13%(P<0.05)。牙体修复1年后,两组牙周探诊深度无显著性差异(P>0.05),研究组碱性磷酸酶水平较修复前无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组明显升高(P<0.05),两组组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。随访1 年,研究组患者牙体颜色匹配度、边缘适合度及修复体完整性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩比较,能有效提高牙体缺损修复成功率,减少牙周组织的炎症刺激,且具有生物相容性高、耐腐蚀、美观的优点,更有利于牙周健康。

    Effect analysis of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the restoration of dental defects

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the restoration of dental defects. Methods One hundred cases of dental defects admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2015 were selected, and 50 cases (63 teeth) before June 2014 were selected as the control group, another 50 cases (63 teeth) after June 2014 were selected as the research group. The control group took cast metal post and the research group took glass fiber post. The clinical effects, periodontal condition before and after restoration, inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and follow-up results of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of restoration in the research group was 95.24%, which was higher than 84.13% in the control group (P<0.05). After one year follow-up, there was no significant difference on probing depth between the two groups (P>0.05); the level of alkaline phosphatase in the research group had no significant change (P>0.05), and that in the control group increased significantly (P<0.05), and the level of alkaline phosphatase in the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). After one year follow-up, the matched-degree of color, fitness of limbic and the completeness of restorations in the research group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with cast metal post, glass fiber post can improve the success rate of restoration and reduce the inflammatory stimulation of periodontal tissue. It has the advantages of higher biocompatibility, corrosion-resistant and beautiful features, which is more conducive to periodontal health.
