中西医结合治疗ICU重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗ICU重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者80例，将患者分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中医清胰汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、生命体征稳定时间、症状改善时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及ICU住院时间等。结果 观察组患者生命体征稳定时间、症状改善时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、ICU住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗的总有效率为85.00%，明显高于对照组的57.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗ICU重症急性胰腺炎 临床效果显著，能尽快缓解患者的临床症状，促进肠功能恢复，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effec t of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU. Methods Eighty cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in ICU from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and vital signs stable time, symptom improvement time, recovery time of bowel sound and ICU hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The vital signs stable time, symptom improvement time, recovery time of bowel sound and ICU hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00% , which was higher than 57.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU is significant, it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients as soon as possible, promote the recovery of intestinal function and improve the therapeutic effect, which can be widely used in clinic.
