宽胸理气疏肝法辨治冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

摘要：
目的 观察分析宽胸理气疏肝法辨治冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取我院治疗的50例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，使用抽签的方式将其分为研究组和对照组，每组25例。对照组患者使用地奥心血康胶囊治疗，研究组患者给予宽胸理气疏肝法辨治。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、心绞痛发生次数、发作持续时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者临床治疗总有效率及心电图疗效总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者心绞痛发生次数少于对照组，发作持续时间短 于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者不良反应发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的24.00%（X2=4.15，P<0.05）。结论 宽胸理气疏肝法辨治应用于冠心病心绞痛患者中的效果显著，值得广泛推广。

Effect of relieving chest, regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment on angina pectoris
and coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the relieving chest, regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment on angina pectoris and coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty cases of patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group using the lottery method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Di``ao Xinxuekang capsules, the study group were given the relieving chest, regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment, the clinical treatment effect, number of angina pectoris, duration of angina pectoris and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and electrocardiogram in the study group were better than those of control group (P<0.05). The number of angina pectoris in the study group was less than that of the control group, the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse events in the study group was 4.00%, which was lower than 24.00% of the control group ( X2=4.15, P<0.05). Conclusion The relieving chest, regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment on angina pectoris and coronary heart disease has remarkable effect, which is worthy of wide popularization.
