平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘（冷喘）急性发作的临床观察

摘要：

目的 探讨平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘（冷喘）急性发作的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年7月至2015年7月收治的50例支气管哮喘（冷喘）急性发作期的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25 例。对照组患者采用常规西医方式进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行平喘汤治疗，1 周为1 个疗程，比较两组患者治疗前、后的EOS、IgE、PEF 的改善状况和临床效果。结果 经过平喘汤治疗的观察组治疗总有效率达到96.0%，明显高于对照组的76.0%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组EOS、IgE、PEF 指标水平都有所改善，与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组的EOS、IgE、PEF指标水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘（冷喘）急性发作的临床效果良好，可有效改善患者的临床症状，进而促进身心健康，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation of Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of

bronchial asthma (cold asthma)

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma (cold asthma). Methods Fifty patients with bronchial asthma (cold asthma) admitted in our hospital during the period from July 2012 to July 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group, one week as a course of treatment. The clinical effect, levels of EOS, IgE and PEF were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment with Pingchuan decoction, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 76.0% of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of EOS, IgE, PEF in the two groups significantly improved (P<0.05), and the levels of EOS, IgE and PEF in the observation were significantly superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma (cold asthma) is very good. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve their physical and mental health and quality of life.
