醒脑静注射液联合针刺治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨醒脑静注射液联合针刺治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年12月至2016年12月收治的80例急性缺血性中风患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者采用常规的西医治疗，观察组患者在此基础上引入针刺治疗，分析两组患者的临床治愈程度和NHISS 评分以评价其治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为77.50%（31/40），对照组患者的治疗总有效率为60.00%（24/40）。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的NHISS评分为（7.27±2.25）分，对照组患者的NHISS 评分为 （10.21±2.76）分。观察组的NHISS评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在急性缺血性中风的治疗中，醒脑静注射液联合针刺治疗能够发挥两种治疗方式的优势，从而提高患者的整体治疗有效率，同时，联合治疗对于患者神经功能缺损恢复也有显著促进意义。

Clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture on acute ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection c ombined with acupuncture on acute ischemic stroke. Methods Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of the control group, acupuncture was also introduced in the observation group. The clinical cure degree and NIHSS score of the two groups were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate was 77.50% (31/40) in the observation group and 60.00% (24/40) in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was (7.27±2.25), and that was (10.21±2.76) in the control group. The NHISS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture can play the advantages of two treatment methods, so as to improve the overall effectiveness of the patients, at the same time, combined treatment also has significant meaning for the promotion of neurological deficits recovery.
