硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者血液流变学的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者血液流变学的影响。方法 选择2014年6月至2016年6月我院收治的妊高征患者30例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各15 例。对照组患者采用硫酸镁治疗，观察组患者采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗前、后血液流变指标变化。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为93.3%，明显高于对照组的53.3%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的全血粘度和全血还原粘度均有所下降，且观察组下降程度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 硫酸镁联合硝苯地平应用于妊高征治疗中疗效显著，有助于改善血液流变学指标。

Effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on hemorheology in patients

with pregnancy induced hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of magnes ium sulfate combined with nifedipine on hemorheology in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Thirty cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected, which were divided into observation group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine. The clinical treatment effect and hemorheological changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, which was higher than 73.3% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and whole blood reduced viscosity of the two groups were decreased, and the decrease rate of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on hemorheology in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension is effective, which is helpful to improve the hemorheological indexes.
