优质护理干预运用于脑梗死患者临床护理中的价值探析

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理干预运用于脑梗死患者临床护理中的价值。方法 选取2015年11月至2016年11月在本院接受治疗的90例脑梗死患者为研究对象，根据护理干预方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组，每组45例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予优质护理，对两组患者的各项症状和体征的变化进行观察，并对护理满意度进行调查，分析比较两组患者的NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer 评分、Barthel 指数评分、护理满意度评分和护理效果。结果 观察组患者的NIHSS评分、
Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthelr指数评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05），且观察组患者优良率为95.56%，明显高于对照组患者的77.78%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理干预运用于脑梗死患者临床护理中的价值极高，患者的临床症状和各项指标显著改善，且护理效果和护理满意度得到提升，值得临床上推广应用。

Value analysis of high quality nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the value of high quality nursing interve ntion on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research subjects, which were divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of nursing intervention methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given high quality nursing. The changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed, and the nursing satisfactions were investigated. The NIHSS score, Fugl -Meyer score, Barthel score, nursing satisfaction score and nursing effect in the two groups were compared. Results The NIHSS score, Fugl -Meyer score, Barthel score, nursing satisfaction score and nursing effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was obviously higher than 77.78% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The value of high quality nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction is high. The clinical symptoms of the patients and the indicators improved significantly, as well as the effect of nursing and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
