综合性护理对肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留的影响分析

摘要：
目的 探讨综合护理措施对肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留的影响，从而为此类患者提供更优质的综合护理服务。方法 选取西安市中医医院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的60例肛瘘患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。 对照组患者采用常规护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理措施，比较两组患者术后疼痛及尿潴留、出院时间、排便异常等情况。结果 观察组的排尿情况、疼痛改善效果、护理满意度、排便异常及住院时间均优于对照组，差异均具有统 计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理措施可以显著改善肛瘘患者手术后疼痛及尿潴留情况，降低其发生率，疗效确切，而且可以提高患者满意度和患者的生理舒适度，减少排便异常的发生率和住院时间，提高患者的生活质量，可在临床上进行推广应用。

Influence analysis of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and urinary retention
on patients with anal fistula

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and urinary retention on patients with anal fistula, so as to provide better comprehensive nursing service for these patients. Methods Sixty cases of patients with anal fistula treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as research objects, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical curative effect of postoperative pain and urinary retention, hospitalization time and abnormal defecation were compared between the two groups. Results The urination, pain improvement effect, nursing satisfaction, abnormal defecation and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive care measures can significantly improve postoperative pain and urinary retention in patients with anal fistula, reduce the incidence. The curative effect is definite. It can not only improve the patients`` satisfaction and physiological comfort of patients, reduce the incidence of abnormal defecation and discharge time, but also improve the quality of life of patients, which can be used in the clinical application.
