骨科术后疼痛的中医干预护理

摘要：
目的 探讨骨科患者术后疼痛的中医干预护理效果。方法 选取我院200例骨科术后疼痛患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，各100例。对照组行术后常规护理，研究组在此基础上行中医干预护理。比较两组患者术后疼痛的变化情况。结果 两组患者的疼痛VAS评分在护理后24 、48 h与术后2 h比较，均有所降低，且研究组患者的VAS评分降低更明显 （P< 0.05）；研究组患者护理后24、48 h 的疼痛情况优于对照组（P<0.05），而两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 中医干预护理对减轻骨科术后疼痛的效果明显，值得临床加以推广应用。

Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative pain in department of orthopedics

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative pain in department of orthopedics. Methods Two hundred patients with postoperative pain in department of orthopedics were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, and observation group took nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The changes of postoperative pain in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with 2 hours after operation, the pain VAS score of the two groups in 24 h and 48 h after nursing decreased, and the study group of patients with VAS score decreased significantly (P<0.05). The postoperative pain control of the study group in 24 h and 48 h after nursing were better than those of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention of postoperative pain in the department of orthopaedics has effective clinic treatment, which is worth popularizing application in clinic.
