不同剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨不同剂量的奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的100例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。两组患者均使用奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗，对照组患者采用奥曲肽和常规剂量奥美拉唑静脉注射治疗，观察组患者采用奥曲肽联合大剂量奥美拉唑静脉注射治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%，明显高于对照组的82.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%，对照组不良反应发生率为4.00%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 大剂量的奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡出血临床效果显著，安全性较高，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of different doses of omeprazole combined with octreotide on peptic ulcer hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of different doses of omeprazole combined with octreotide on peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 peptic ulcer hemorrhage patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. All the patients were given omeprazole combined with octreotide. The control group took octreotide and conventional intravenous injection of omeprazole therapy, while the observation group was treated with octreotide and high-dose intravenous injection of omeprazole therapy. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 82.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%, which in the control group was 4.00%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion A large dose of omeprazole combined with octreotide on peptic ulcer hemorrhage has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
