软组织平衡在膝内翻全膝关节置换术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨软组织平衡在膝内翻全膝关节置换术中的临床应用效果，为该病治疗提供参考依据。方法 将2014年1月至2016年1月在我院接受膝内翻全膝关节置换术的86例患者为研究对象，在手术过程中准确截骨并使用软组织平衡术矫正内翻，测量手术前、后负重位X线片，观察患者的治疗效果。结果 患者治疗后膝内翻角度显著降低，膝关节活动度和HSS 评分显著升高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 软组织平衡应用于膝内翻全膝关节置换术是保证手术成功的关键，对患者的治疗产生了积极的作用，可进行推广应用。

Application effect of soft tissue balance in patients with total knee arthroplasty for the varus knee

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of soft tissue balance in patients with total knee arthroplasty for the varus knee, and to provide reference basis for the treatment. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients who treated with total knee arthroplasty for the varus knee in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects. In the operation process, all the patients were operated with accurate osteotomy and correction of inversion using soft tissue balance. The weight -bearing X -ray films were measured before and after surgery, and the clinical effects of the patients were observed. Results After treatment, the knee varus angle of the patients significantly decreased, the activity degree of knee joint and HSS score significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of soft tissue balance in total knee arthroplasty for the varus knee is the key to ensure the success of the operation, it has positive effect for the treatment of the patients, which can be applied and promoted in clinic.
