以他汀类为基础的降脂药物联合应用的不良反应分析

摘要：

目的 分析以他汀类为基础的降脂药物联合应用发生的药物不良反应。方法 选取我院收治住院并采取以他汀类降 脂药物联合应用的673例患者，回顾性分析发生药物不良反应的27 例患者的临床资料。结果 单独使用辛伐他汀患者11例，4 例出现血脂异常，改用复方依折麦布进行降脂强化，另外7例检测结果正常，加用烟酸复方片治疗；使用复方依折麦布患者14 例（初始10 例，改服4 例），肝功能异常患者8 例，终止继续用药，6 例患者检测正常，则加用烟酸复方片治疗。联合使用辛伐他汀及烟酸复方片患者7例，肝功能异常。联合使用复方依折麦布及烟酸复方片患者6 例，肝功能异常。结论 以他汀类为基础的降脂药物联合应用可能因为药物间相互作用发生不良反应，且高龄患者几率更大，临床用药需特别注意。

Analysis of adverse drug reactions in lipid-regulating agents combination based on statins

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions in lipid-regulating agents combination based on statins. Methods A total of 673 patients who treated with lipid-regulating agents combination based on statins in our hospital were selected, and the clinical data of adverse drug reactions in 27 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 11 patients who treated with simvastatin alone, 4 cases had abnormal lipid metabolism, the patients were given the compound lipid-lowering enhancement of ezetimibe; another 7 cases had normal test results, and added the compound nicotinic acid tablets. In 14 patients who treated with ezetimibe (10 cases were initial and 4 cases were midway taking), 8 cases had abnormal lipid metabolism, the patients discontinued the medication; another 6 cases had normal test results, and added the compound nicotinic acid tablets. There were 7 patients who treated with simvastatin combined with nicotinic acid tablets occurred abnormal liver function, and 6 patients who treated with ezetimibe combined with nicotinic acid tablets occurred abnormal liver function. Conclusion Lipid-regulating agents combination based on statins can cause adverse drug reactions because of drug interactions. The elderly patients more likely to have the adverse drug reactions, so clinical medication needs special attention.
