硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利在老年冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨硝苯地平缓释片和依那普利联合治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者的效果。方法 选择我院收治的64 例老年冠心病合并高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各32 例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组采用硝苯地平缓释片+马来酸依那普利片治疗。治疗8 周后，比较两组患者的疗效、血压、缺血事件及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者门诊血压和动态血压均得到显著改善，且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组（P< 0.05）；观察组患者缺血事件总发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利治疗老年冠心病合并高血压，安全有效，可在临床推广应用。

The value of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril in elderly patients with coronary

heart disease and hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 64 cases with coronary heart disease and hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets and enalapril. After 8 weeks of treatment, the efficacy, blood pressure, ischemic events and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the outpatient blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure of the two groups significantly improved, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of ischemic events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril is safe and effective for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, which can be used in clinical practice.
