醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨醒脑静联合依达拉奉对老年急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法 选取我院老年急性脑梗死患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予常规基础治疗和依达拉奉治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效，以及治疗前、后血浆黏度和血小板聚集指数。结果 观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者血浆黏度、血小板聚集指数无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者血浆黏度、血小板聚集指数均明显降低，恢复到正常水平（P<0.05），且观察组降低程度更明显（P<0.05）。结论 醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑梗死，能明显降低血浆黏度和血小板聚集指数，临床效果显著。

Therapeutic effect observation of Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone in treating senile

acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone on senile acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases of senile acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and edaravone, and the observation group took Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effect, plasma viscosity and aggregation index of thrombocyte before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences of plasma viscosity and aggregation index of thrombocyte in the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the plasma viscosity and aggregation index of thrombocyte reduced in the two groups and the decreased degree in the observation was more obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone for senile acute cerebral infarction can reduce the plasma viscosity and aggregation index of thrombocyte, with remarkable clinical effect.
