跗跖关节损伤患者经切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗的效果

摘要：

目的 观察跗跖关节损伤患者经切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗的效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院骨科收治的跗跖关节损伤患者70 例，根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，每组35 例。对照组患者给予切开复位空心螺钉固定治疗，观察组患者给予切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗。手术后对两组患者进行随访，对比两组患者治疗前、后的AOFAS 评 分和AOFAS 优良率、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率。结果 治疗后观察组并发症总发生率为5.71%，显著低于对照组的 20.00%（P<0.05）；两组患者的AOFAS 评分较治疗前均升高（P<0.05），观察组AOFAS评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者AOFAS优良率、住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗跖跗关节损伤较切开复位空心螺钉固定效果更好，并发症发生率更低。

Effect of open reduction and double-compression screw fixation on patients with tarsal joint injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the curative effect of open reduction and double-compression screw fixation on patients with tarsal joint injury. Methods Seventy patients with tarsal joint injury treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as study objects, and divided into two groups according to treatment methods, with 35 patients in study group and 35 cases in control group. The control group was treated with open reduction and cannulated screw fixation, while the study group was treated with open reduction and double-compression screw fixation. The AOFAS score before and after treatment, AOFAS excellent rate, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.71%, which was significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05); the AOFAS scores after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the AOFAS excellent rate after treatment and hospitalization time between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with open reduction and cannulated screw fixation, open reduction and double-compression screw fixation in the treatment of tarsal joint injury has better effect, with less complications.
