盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液治疗小儿肺炎的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法 选取2015年1月到2016年9月我院收治的200例小儿肺炎患儿，采取双盲原则，将其分为参照组（100例，行常规治疗）和研究组（100 例，加用盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液治疗）， 观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 与参照组比较，研究组患儿咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失快，体温恢复正常时间和临床治愈时间短（P<0.05）；研究组患儿的治愈率、有效率及总有效率明显高于参照组，无效率低于参照组（P<0.05）；盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液常见不良反应是恶心呕吐、皮疹、胃肠道反应、血清氨基转移酶升高等，而在本研究中，两组患儿均无严重不良反应情况发 生。结论 盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著，可缩短治疗时间，用药安全、有效，值得儿科推广应用。

Therapeutic effect of bromhexine hydrochloride dextrose injection on infantile pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of bromhexine hydrochloride dextrose injection on infantile pneumonia. Methods From January 2015 to September 2016, 200 cases of infantile pneumonia in our hospital were selected and divided into reference group (100 cases, received routine treatment) and study group (100 cases, plus with bromhexine hydrochloride dextrose injection) according to the double-blind method, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the reference group, the study group had quicker disappearance of cough, lung wet rales and shorter time of body temperature returned to normal and clinical cure (P<0.05); the cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, the inefficiency rate was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the common adverse reactions of bromhexine hydrochloride dextrose injection were nausea and vomiting, rash, gastrointestinal reactions, elevated serum aminotransferase and so on, and in this study, there were no serious adverse events in both groups. Conclusion Bromhexine hydrochloride dextrose injection has significant effect on infantile pneumonia, which can shorten the treatment time and has safe, effective medication, and it is worthy of pediatric application.
