复方利多卡因乳膏经皮涂抹对针刺患儿疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏经皮涂抹对患儿针刺疼痛的有效性及安全性。方法 在2015年7月至2016年6月我科住院患儿中随机抽取年龄在8月至10岁共880例，其中给复方利多卡因乳膏经皮涂抹的患儿446 例作为观察组，婴幼儿组 217 例，儿童组229 例；常规处理的患儿434例作为对照组，婴幼儿组共226例，儿童组共208例。观察对比两组患儿及观察 组婴幼儿组与儿童组的疼痛控制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组婴幼儿组和儿童组的疼痛控制无效率为21.66%、5.68%，均明显低于对照组的92.92%、80.77%（P<0.05）；观察组婴幼儿组疼痛控制无效率高于儿童组（P<0.05）；观察组患儿均未出现不良反应。结论 经皮涂抹复方利多卡因可以明显减轻患儿针刺疼痛，减轻了患儿对疾病治疗产生的恐惧感，且无毒副作用，经济、实惠，值得儿科推广使用。

Effects of percutaneous smear compound lidocaine cream on pain in acupuncture children

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the safety and effectiveness of percutaneous smear compound lidocaine cream on pain in acupuncture children. Methods Eight hundred and eighty cases of children aged 8 months to 10 years old from July 2015 to June 2016 in our partment were randomly selected, 446 cases of children who received compound lidocaine cream were selected as the observation group, including 217 cases of infant group and 229 cases of children group; 434 cases of children who received routine processing were selected as the control group, including 226 cases of infant group and 208 cases of children group. The pain control effects in the two groups and in the infant group and children group of the observation group, adverse reactions in the observation group were observed and compared. Results The inefficiency of pain control in the infant group and children group of the observation group were 21.66%, 5.68% respectively, which were significantly lower than 92.92%, 80.77% of the control group (P<0.05); the inefficiency of pain control in the infant group of the observation group was 21.66%, which was significantly higher than 5.68% of the children group (P<0.05); no adverse reactions were observed in the observation group. Conclusion Percutaneous smear compound lidocaine can significantly reduce the acupuncture pain in children and children``s fear of disease treatment, with non-toxic side effects, economic, affordable, which is worthy of application in pediatric.
