消炎止痒凝胶治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察消炎止痒凝胶治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 将我院在2015年4月至2016年4月收治的200例慢性湿疹 患者进行随机分组，将其均分为对照组和观察组，各100例，对照组患者实行常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上使用消炎止痒凝胶治疗，分析两组患者的疗效及治疗安全性。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%，明显高于对照组患者的 52.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率3.0%，对照组患者并发症发生率为5.0%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在对慢性湿疹患者实施临床治疗时，使用消炎止痒凝胶可明显提升治疗效果，并且在治疗安全性上和常规治疗方法并无显著差异，值得推广使用。

Clinical observation of anti inflammatory and antipruritic gel in the treatment of chronic eczema

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti inflammatory and antipruritic gel in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with chronic eczema in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received anti inflammatory and antipruritic gel on the basis of the routine treatment. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were analysed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0% , which was higher than 52.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 3.0% , the control group was 5.0% , there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic eczema, the use of anti inflammatory and antipruritic gel can significantly improve the treatment effect, and in the treatment of safety and conventional treatment there is no significant difference in patients with chronic eczema, which is worth to be popularized and applied.
