激素依赖性面部皮炎的综合治疗效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨不同药物治疗糖皮质激素依赖性面部皮炎的临床效果。方法 选择我院自2015 年6 月至2016 年6 月收治的 面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者62例作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，各31 例。对照组患者给予他克莫司软膏进行治疗，观察组患者给予皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 对照组患者临床总有效率为90.32%，观察组为87.10%，两组组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的症状评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者症状评分较治疗前均明显下降（P<0.05），但两组之间差异不明显（P>0.05）；对照组患者的治疗总费用明显高于观察组患者（P<0.05）。结论 使用皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者临床效果明显，治疗总费用更低，值得推广。

Effect of comprehensive treatment of hormone dependent facial dermatitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of differen t drugs on glucocorticoid hormone dependent facial dermatitis. Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment, and patients in observation group were treated with velvetfeeling treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The clinical total effective rate of the control group was 90.32%, the observation group was 87.10%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, there were no differences in the symptom scores of the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), but the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05); the total cost of the control group was higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion With skin velvetfeeling on patients with glucocorticoid hormone dependent dermatitis, the effect is obvious, and the cost is lower, which is worthy of clinical application.
