中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 观察中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗脑梗死的临床效果，为临床治疗提供新方案。方法 选取360名脑梗死患者，随机均分为对照组（采用常规西医治疗）、中药配方颗粒组（采用中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗）和中药饮片组（采用抗脑缺血中药汤剂治疗），比较三组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 中药配方颗粒组和中药饮片组患者的临床总有效率分别为96.7%、95.0%，显著高于对照组患者的80.0%（P<0.05）。治疗后，三组患者的神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标均显著改善，且中药配方颗粒组和中药饮片组各项指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗脑梗死安全有效，可以 作为治疗脑梗死的辅助药物。

Clinical effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine granules cerebral ischemia powder in the

treatment of cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) granules cerebral ischemia powder in the treatment of cerebral infarction, and provide new method for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 360 cerebral infarction patients were selected as the research objects, all the patients were divided into control group (received routine western medicine therapy), TCM granule powder group (accepted traditional Chinese medicine granules cerebral ischemia powder) and TCM herbal group (treated with decoction of Chinese medicines against cerebral ischemia). The clinical effects of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the TCM granule powder group and TCM herbal group were 96.7% and 95.0% respectively, which were higher than 80.0% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit scores and hemorheological indexes of the two groups improved, and those indexes in the the TCM granule powder group and TCM herbal group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine granules cerebral ischemia powder in the treatment of cerebral infarction is safe and significant, which can be used as adjuvant drugs for the treament of cerebral infarction.
